JBQ Team Participation: $75.00 per church for first two teams, $25.00 for ea additional team. PLEASE REGISTER BY OCT. 1, 2010. Send church name and address. coach's name and contact information, and number of teams. Your registration will be confirmed and the site coordinator will contact you with additional information if needed.
