Our History

The Assemblies of God has a rich history of ministry and service at home and around the world.  For almost 100 years our fellowship has endeavored to serve God, His people and the cause of Christ with Holy Spirit empowered passion.  Our roots, along with those of our sister Pentecostal fellowships, reach deep into the beginnings of the modern Pentecostal movement at Topeka, the Azusa Street Revivals (1906) and our founding General Council at Hot Springs, Arkanssas (1914).  From those humble beginnings the message of Pentecost has spread around the world.  Pentecostals make up one of the largest fellowships of Christian believers.

To God be the glory!
